This is a Full-Time, Remote position, specifically open to candidates based out of Delhi NCR or Bhopal.

 About the Role: Leading the Charge in Data Discovery

As our EDA & Insights Specialist, your primary mission is to navigate the “unknown.” You will dive into diverse datasets, map out complex database structures, and extract the meaningful business intelligence that fuels our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Exploration: Navigate and query relational and non-relational databases to map table relationships and data flow.

• Deep-Dive EDA: Conduct thorough data profiling to assess quality, handle outliers, and identify missing values.

• Schema Discovery: Work backwards from raw data to define logic and create internal documentation where metadata is missing.

• Actionable Insight Generation: Transform raw numbers into a narrative through statistical summaries and visual storytelling.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business questions into precise technical data queries.

• Visual Reporting: Build intuitive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that highlight critical KPIs discovered during the EDA process.

 Technical Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for an analyst with 2 to 4 years of professional experience and a mastery of the modern data stack.

Required Technical Expertise:

• SQL Mastery: Expert at writing complex queries involving Joins, CTEs, and Window Functions.

• Programming: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) or R for advanced statistical manipulation.

• Data Visualisation: Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Statistical Foundation: A solid grasp of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and distribution patterns.
