Telesales Advisor

The Lead Generator Role:

Equipped with a predictive dialler, your role will be to speak to qualified customers about Home and Contents Insurance passing over leads, objection handling and fact finding. You’ll work towards targets allowing for you to earn a commission on top of your basic wage week – being rewarded for your hard work! Commission is easily achievable.

Pay:

Up to £22,000 basic plus commission, realistic OTE £35,000 +

Paid Weekly – 37.5 hour per week (early finish on Friday)

Requirements:

Lead Generators will be able to: –

·Clearly communicate with both potential clients and colleagues

·Generate good quality leads

·Capable of objection handling (full training is given)

·Able to pitch multiple products

·Highly motivated, resilient and target driven

·Must be reliable and punctual

·Ideal Agent is target and money orientated

**This role is applicable to someone with previous experience in a customer service and/or call handling

in a call centre type role and we will consider confident individuals with no sales experience**
