Telemarketer

Job Description – Conduct outbound calls to potential customers struggling with debt – Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects – Identify and qualify leads for business development opportunities – Provide information about products or services to potential customers – Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system Requirements: – Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers – Strong negotiation and persuasion skills – Self-motivated and target-driven – Good organizational and time management skills – Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools – High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time- Mon – Friday Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year, plus uncapped commission OTE 40K + Work Location: In person
