The Role: Structural Design Engineer (Industrial & Semiconductors)

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer to lead project delivery and design management for complex industrial facilities. You will be instrumental in designing Large Industrial RCC buildings, Utility sheds, and high-tech FAB shelters for microelectronics and semiconductor projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Structural Design: Execute the design of Large Industrial RCC Buildings, Warehouse/Workshops, and Compressor Shelters.

• Specialised Infrastructure: Design RCC & Steel Pipe Racks, Pipe Bridges, Tank Foundations (Ring Wall), and Dynamic Equipment Foundations.

• Advanced Analysis: Perform Seismic Analysis, Vibration Analysis, and FEM Analysis for complex industrial structures.

• Microelectronics & FAB: Lead the design of FAB shelters and Unistrut systems for Semiconductor and Microelectronics projects.

• Steel Connections: Design critical connections, including Moment/Shear joints, Anchor Bolts, and Base Plates.

• Tendering & Estimation: Prepare MTOs (Material Take-Offs), BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and comprehensive Tender Documents.

• Global Standards: Apply Indian Codes (NBC/IS), ASCE, AISC, ACI, EURO Codes, and IBC to ensure global compliance.

💻 Technical Stack & Software

You will leverage industry-leading tools to deliver high-precision designs:

• Analysis: STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, RISA.

• Connections: RAM Connections, Idea Statica, Hilti Profis.

• BIM & Coordination: Tekla, Navisworks, Revizto.

💪 Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Structural Design.

• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Pharmaceutical (cGMP), FMCG, Industrial, and Semiconductorprojects.

• Specialised Knowledge: Proficiency in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) structures, Composite Slabs, and Waffle Slabs.

• Soft Skills: Collaborative spirit with the ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
