Role Overview – Staff Specialist Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Staff Specialist Business Analyst to join our newly established Digitalization team in the Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) Division in Bengaluru. In this strategic role, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, design next-generation business processes enhanced with AI and digital technologies, and collaborate closely with global stakeholders and engineering teams.
As an early member of this team, you will help define future business architectures that revolutionize how Infineon works while mentoring and onboarding new talent.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Architecture

Analyse current end-to-end business processes and define future-state digital workflows.

Translate business challenges into clear requirements for scalable digital solutions.

Ensure solution design aligns with overall enterprise architecture and stakeholder goals.
Digital Solutions & Project Delivery
-
Lead the development and implementation of digital and AI-powered use cases.

Manage project timelines, dependencies, and quality expectations.

Use Agile methodologies to ensure delivery excellence.
Solution Ownership & Roadmap Planning

Take full ownership of assigned digital solutions.

Create product roadmaps in alignment with business priorities.

Collaborate with engineers and domain owners for technical delivery.
Governance & Change Management
-
Ensure solutions are adopted effectively through governance, monitoring, training, and change activities.

Track process performance and recommend further refinements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the main point of contact for business partners, technical teams, and leadership.

Present progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and sponsors.

Advocate for customer-centric innovation across functions.
Continuous Innovation

Identify opportunities for process improvement and new technologies.

Suggest and implement enhancements that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For – Your Profile

Education: Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Management, Mathematics, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years in digital transformation, consulting, or business analysis roles.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of semiconductor engineering and operations is required.

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Agile tools (Confluence, JIRA).

Strong capability in mock-up and prototype development (Figma).

Advantage: Data visualization (e.g., Tableau) and Low-Code platforms (e.g., OutSystems).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex environments.
