Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using analytics tools, provide insights, and implement improvements for better ROI.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and feedback on social platforms to build a loyal audience.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content writers, and marketing executives to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is not only skilled in social media management but also a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

Hands-on experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
