Role Overview:

Abekus is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. This is a remote role ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and can take full ownership of content planning, brand communication, and audience engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence and driving community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a cohesive social media strategy to grow brand presence
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Craft compelling posts, stories, reels, and campaigns aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics
  • Optimize content based on analytics insights (SMO) and ongoing trends
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for integrated campaigns
  • Stay updated on social and digital trends to drive innovation and experimentation

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills with attention to tone and audience
  • Hands-on experience with SMO techniques and platform algorithms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, or Hootsuite
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and audience targeting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (internships/freelance work count too)
