Social Media Manager , Social Pill,Social Media Manager , a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly creative and motivated person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative content ideas for our clients & and their social media feeds. While working closely with the design team, the Social Media Manager will bring these ideas to life, ensuring the content is engaging, on-brand, and aligns with our client’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Manager
1. Content Strategy:
Social Media Manager , Develop creative and effective content strategies for clients and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, target audience, and business & and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the client servicing team to understand clients’ requirements and preferences regularly
2. Idea Generation:
Social Media Manager, Generate fresh and innovative ideas for social media content that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.
3. Content Creation Coordination:
Work closely with the design team to translate content ideas into visually appealing assets.
Provide clear and concise creative briefs to the design team, guiding them in developing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
4. Campaign Execution:
Execute social media campaigns based on the approved content strategy.
Write copies for Captions and Creatives
Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and propose optimizations for future campaigns.
5. Social Media Calendar Management:
Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of content.
6. Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with the online community.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Qualifications and Skills:Social Media Manager
Social Media Manager, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, digital marketing, or a related field will be preferred.
Proven experience in a similar role in a digital marketing agency.
Strong creative thinking and idea-generation skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Preferred: Candidate with literature and theatre past candidates.
