Job Description

The Social Media Intern will work closely with our marketing team to assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a social media enthusiast to gain practical experience in content creation, community management, analytics, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong passion for social media and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in social media marketing to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
• Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for use in social media posts and stories, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in the analysis of social media metrics and performance data to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and new features on social media platforms, providing recommendations for how to leverage these opportunities for our brand.
• Support the social media team with administrative tasks, such as organizing content calendars, maintaining asset libraries, and coordinating with external vendors or partners.
