🔸 Your Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, high-quality content tailored for various social platforms

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X, and more

• Use tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana, Olapic to schedule and optimize content

• Develop multimedia content or coordinate with external content creators

• Research trends and viral topics in entertainment, Bollywood, and global pop culture

• Build and nurture influencer and creator collaborations

• Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and spark meaningful discussions

• Analyse platform insights and use data-driven strategies to improve performance

• Drive growth by setting KPIs around reach, engagement, and brand awareness

• Collaborate with editorial, video, and design teams for cross-channel execution

🔸 What We’re Looking For:

• A creative thinker with strong digital marketing knowledge

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing major social media platforms

• Strong grasp of Bollywood, US-centric entertainment, and global trends

• Experience with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

• Preferably from a media, entertainment, or lifestyle industry background

• Great communication and collaboration skills

• Up-to-date with the latest platform features, algorithm changes, and content strategies
