Position: Social Media Executive

Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute

social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and

drive social media growth. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media

platforms and implementing effective campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role

requires a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics to optimize

content and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies: Create comprehensive social media

strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience. Identify key

platforms and channels to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Content creation and curation: Generate compelling and creative content ideas that

resonate with the target audience. Create and curate engaging text, image, and

video content for social media platforms. Collaborate with the design team to ensure

visually appealing and on-brand content.

  • Social media management: Manage day-to-day activities on various social media

platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and

YouTube. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely

and professional manner.

  • Community engagement: Foster and grow a strong social media community by

initiating and participating in conversations, addressing customer queries and

concerns, and building relationships with followers, influencers, and industry

stakeholders.

  • Social media campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to drive

brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Utilize various tools and techniques

to optimize campaign performance and track key metrics.

  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including reach,

engagement, conversions, and audience demographics. Prepare regular reports on

campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated on social media trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends,

features, algorithms, and best practices. Explore new platforms and opportunities to

expand the brand’s social media presence.

  • Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as

marketing, content, design, and customer service to align social media efforts with

overall marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors, as

required.
