About the job – Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Executive
- Social Media Executive Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels and other short-form videos for multiple social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and engaging video content that aligns with ongoing campaigns and brand goals.
- Write, storyboard, and produce scripts for engaging and shareable video content.
- Monitor and optimize content performance using analytics tools to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Develop monthly content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Edit and enhance video footage using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile tools like InShot or Canva).
- Create content calendars, schedule posts, and optimize social media activity to increase engagement and drive business results.
- Ensure all video content meets the required specifications for each social media platform, including aspect ratio, format, and length.
- Provide detailed reports on social media metrics and suggest data-driven strategies for optimization.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify content reach, manage collaborations, and track the impact of influencer-driven campaigns.
Requirements:
- Social Media Executive Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in creating viral video content, including Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, InShot).
- Ability to craft compelling stories and create content that drives engagement.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights Analytics).
- Basic graphic design skills (preferred, using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
