As a Data Analyst at Siemens, your primary mission is to scale data models from the Zone level to the global Headquarters level. Rather than focusing solely on static reporting, you will solve complex, business-specific questions, fix process transparency gaps, and uncover brand-new commercial opportunities. Working with an enterprise-scale IT ecosystem, you will write custom SQL and Python code to extract data, deploy predictive models, and partner with cross-functional corporate teams to standardize global business workflows.
Key Responsibilities & Scalable Analytics Workflows

Zone-to-HQ Model Scaling: Lead the strategic uplift and migration of scalable business process models from localized Zone networks into global Headquarters reporting infrastructures.

Data Engineering & ETL Pipelines: Ingest, clean, and structure messy data from various endpoints across the Siemens IT ecosystem, preparing it for advanced statistical analysis.

Predictive BI Development: Develop and deploy statistical and predictive models within business intelligence software to forecast trends and guide strategic decisions.

Process Standardization Alignment: Use data insights to enforce global software templates, optimize standard process workflows, and eliminate operational variations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, Order-to-Cash (OTC), and core IT data architects to support enterprise objectives.
