The Role: Prompt Engineer

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our expanding AI team. This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in a rapidly evolving discipline, working at the intersection of technology, governance, and product innovation.

As an individual contributor, you will have true ownership. You won’t just be “writing prompts”; you will be architecting the bridge between complex governance requirements and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will define the standards for how AI is used across the company to solve meaningful problems for our world-class clients.

What You’ll Do

• Design AI Solutions: Scope and design AI applications that improve governance and executive decision-making.

• Scientific Experimentation: Translate high-level briefs into clear requirements and run structured experiments to evaluate AI performance.

• Automate & Scale: Apply technical knowledge to automate the Prompt Engineering Lifecycle and scale processes across the enterprise.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and User Research teams to build feasible, high-value AI features.

• Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends (like Agentic AI and RAG) and mentor colleagues as our AI discipline grows.

What You Bring

• Technical Foundation: Exposure to coding languages such as Python, SQL, or command-line scripting.

• AI Knowledge: A strong understanding of machine learning, LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.), and a motivation to deepen this expertise.

• Analytical Rigour: The ability to design and test experiments with a scientific mindset to generate meaningful, data-driven insights.

• Communication Mastery: Confidence in working with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.

• Growth Mindset: While experience with AI-enabled products is a plus, your curiosity and proactive ownership are what truly matter.
