 The Role: Driving Intelligence in Bill-Pay Systems

As an AI/ML Specialist, you will be the catalyst for our next-gen capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy models that solve complex predictive and pattern-recognition challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gen AI Implementation: Leverage and fine-tune models such as Falcon, Llama 2, and GPT-4 using advanced Prompt Engineering.

• RAG Pipeline Development: Create and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy.

• Deep Learning & Algorithms: Apply expertise in CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and state-of-the-art algorithms like BERT and T5.

• Predictive Analytics: Conduct statistical analysis, data mining, and temporal analysis for event correlation and pattern recognition.

• Cloud Operations: Deploy and manage AI solutions using AWS services (EC2, S3, ECR).

• Scalable Detection: Work with object detection frameworks (TFOD, YOLO, Detectron) within large-scale distributed platforms.

Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for a specialist who balances deep academic understanding with hands-on open-source proficiency.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Data Science and Machine Learning.

• Core Technical Stack:

  • Languages: Python scripting and Bash.

  • Tools: CUDA, NumPy, Scipy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.

  • Environment: Strong proficiency in Linux.

• Specialised Expertise (At least one):

  • Deep Learning (ResNet, LSTM, Attention/Memory).

  • Modern ML APIs & Methods (ONNX, XLNET, CRFs).

  • Large-scale Object Detection frameworks.

• Analytics: Strong background in Time Series Analysis and predictive modelling.
