To sustain this growth, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our diverse People and Culture team. Whether you are based in our hubs in Berlin or Bangalore, or working remotely within European or Indian time zones, you will play a critical role in sourcing the top-tier talent that powers our global network.


 About the Role: End-to-End Talent Ownership

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won’t just fill seats; you will be a strategic partner. You’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle across Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations, ensuring Kayzen remains a magnet for elite talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead sourcing, interviewing, and hiring with a focus on delivering a high-touch, exceptional candidate experience.

  • Strategic Partnership: Align with the People & Culture Lead and hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies match our mission and rapid scale.

  • Tool Mastery: Leverage Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive high-quality talent.

  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track and report on key metrics—including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness—to optimise our hiring engine.

  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to strengthen Kayzen’s brand and train interviewers on hiring best practices.


 What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a storyteller and a strategist who thrives in the fast-paced world of AdTech.

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.

  • Tech Focus: Proven experience recruiting for tech-related roles; experience in the Indian market is a significant advantage.

  • Tool Proficiency: Power-user of Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Mindset: An agile, team-oriented approach with the ability to prioritise effectively in a global, multi-time-zone environment.

  • Bonus Points: Prior experience in the AdTech space is a huge plus.
