Job Summary:
Netcom is looking for a skilled and results-oriented SEO Specialist to strengthen our online presence and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, user engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking.

• Perform regular website audits to identify SEO issues and improvement areas.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.

• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and content strategies.

• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.

• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO trends.

• Improve website speed, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals.

• Prepare detailed performance reports and ROI analysis for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house).

• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO practices.

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.

• Knowledge of PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.

• Understanding of local SEO and international SEO strategies.

• Experience in IT services or digital agency environment.
