🔎 Role Overview

As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimisation strategies to increase the company’s online visibility. You will play a vital role in enhancing organic traffic, improving SERP rankings, and boosting lead generation for our B2B IT and SaaS clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about the ever-evolving world of search marketing.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and create SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.

  • Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for B2B IT and SaaS clients.

  • Perform competitor analysis and identify gaps to improve rankings.

  • Optimise website architecture, content, and metadata to boost search visibility.

  • Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly blogs, case studies, and landing pages.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

  • Support lead-generation campaigns with targeted keyword strategies and link-building efforts.

  • Suggest improvements for technical SEO and collaborate with the development team for implementation.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an SEO Executive, preferably in B2B IT or SaaS domains.

  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Understanding of content marketing, keyword research, and link-building strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure will be a plus.
