Key Responsibilities of a Senior Recruiter in Gurgaon
As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and contribute to strategic talent initiatives:

Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process, from initial job requisition and strategic sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.

Targeted Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, and creative sourcing channels.

Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers in Gurgaon, advising on market trends, refining role requirements, and ensuring selection alignment.

Process Excellence: Coordinate and conduct structured behavioural and competency-based interviews, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

ATS & Data Integrity: Maintain impeccable candidate data and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Talent Strategy: Contribute to global employer branding initiatives and implement innovative recruitment process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a passion for building successful teams and a proven track record:

Experience: 6–8 years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience.

Expertise: Hands-on experience hiring for high-volume or specialised customer-facing roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Support, Success).

Tools: High proficiency in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a high degree of ownership.
