 The Opportunity: A High-Impact Senior Recruiter Role in Gurgaon

We are aggressively expanding our operational and revenue-generating teams in India. As a Senior Recruiter based in our state-of-the-art Gurgaon office, you will be a strategic partner, not just a processor of applications. You will be instrumental in attracting, assessing, and acquiring the specialised talent that fuels our global growth, with a primary focus on high-volume, high-value Customer Success, Sales, and Support roles.

This is a Full-Time, Onsite position designed for recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are ready to own the entire talent lifecycle from concept to close.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Ownership

1. End-to-End Recruitment and Strategic Sourcing

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage and optimise the entire recruitment process, from initial job requisition and strategic planning to final offer negotiation, acceptance, and seamless onboarding handoff.

  • Proactive Sourcing: Strategically utilise advanced sourcing methodologies, including expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, professional talent networks, and creative channel development to identify and engage passive candidates who possess specialised customer-facing and operational skills.

  • Targeted Specialisation: Serve as the primary subject matter expert () for high-demand areas like Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives (), and specialized technical support roles, ensuring a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent.

2. Stakeholder Partnership and Process Excellence

  • Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers in Gurgaon, leveraging data-driven insights to inform hiring strategy, refine role requirements, and provide deep visibility into local market trends and competitive salary data.

  • World-Class Candidate Experience: Coordinate and conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews, ensuring every candidate, regardless of outcome, receives a world-class, professional, and positive experience that enhances the Navan brand.

  • Data Integrity: Champion and data integrity, meticulously tracking candidate data, recruitment metrics, and funnel analytics to generate accurate reports that guide decision-making and measure on sourcing channels.

3. Talent Strategy and Employer Branding

  • Global Collaboration: Contribute actively to global employer branding initiatives, helping craft and deliver compelling value propositions that highlight Navan’s culture, technology, and career growth potential in the Gurgaon market.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment process improvements and tools to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hires across the region.                                            

Essential Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly driven individual with proven success in recruiting specialized roles within the technology or financial services sector.

Category Requirement Significance in Role
Experience Required 6–8 years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience. Demonstrates maturity in process ownership and negotiation.
Target Specialization Strong expertise in Customer Service, Sales, or Customer Success Hiring. Crucial for quickly filling our revenue-generating pipelines.
Technical Proficiency High proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems () and expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter. Essential for efficient sourcing and data management in a global system.
Location Commitment Full-Time, Onsite role based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Ensures close collaboration with hiring managers and team integration.
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in , Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Provides a strong foundation in business principles and talent strategy.
