Job Summary:
Alter is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design projects, create compelling brand assets, and deliver high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong artistic vision, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple design projects with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design projects for branding, marketing, and product visuals.

• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, social media creatives, ads, and website assets.

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure design consistency.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate ideas into visuals.

• Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas for campaigns.

• Manage multiple design timelines and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques.

• Prepare designs for print, digital ads, presentations, and promotional material.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment in all visual outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 4–7 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and creative design work.

• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in social media creatives, digital campaigns, and print design.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Ability to handle client communication and design presentations.

• Experience working in fast-paced or agency environments.
