Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing complex datasets, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key business metrics and reporting requirements.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business and operational strategies.

  • Design and automate data pipelines for reporting and analysis.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and clients.

  • Stay updated with the latest data analysis trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data analysis.

  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, etc.) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of financial services or consulting industries will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Familiarity with machine learning basics and predictive analytics.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder handling skills.
