About the Role

ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Senior Data Analyst/Lead. The company is looking for candidates who can lead data planning, execution, governance, and analytics initiatives that support digital transformation and AI-enabled business solutions.

The role will initially focus on Finance and Operations domains, involving data remediation, data cleansing, data modelling, and enterprise data governance across Oracle EPM, SAC Planning, and ERP-related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand data and business requirements.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data profiling, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
• Analyze large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights.
• Design and maintain conceptual and logical data models (3NF).
• Develop data flow models, CRUD matrices, and master data processes.
• Support enterprise data governance and metadata standards.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Solution Architects, and Information Architects.
• Drive process improvement and data quality initiatives.
• Ensure proper data lineage, architecture, and governance standards.
• Guide junior analysts and support future business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Data Analysis and Data Architecture
• Expertise in Data Modelling and Data Governance
• Experience with Oracle EPM and SAC Planning
• Knowledge of ERP ecosystems and enterprise data frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consultancy skills
• Experience with master data and metadata standards
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical data solutions
