The role mainly focuses on building intelligent AI workflows, automation tools, and scalable business process solutions using modern technologies like Python, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation Development
- Build Copilot Studio copilots integrated with Power Platform applications.
- Create intelligent conversational assistants using Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Develop AI-powered workflow automation solutions.
- Design human-in-the-loop (HIL) workflows for approvals and feedback.
AI Workflow Engineering
- Use prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based workflows.
- Build explainable and auditable AI solutions.
Data Integration & Analytics
- Integrate enterprise systems like SAP, APIs, and Excel workflows.
- Develop automation scripts using Python.
