As a Senior Data Analyst at Arcgate, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality analytics and reporting to support product, operations, strategy, and leadership teams. You will conduct deep-dive analyses, build dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on internal datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.

  • Identify performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.

  • Monitor key business metrics and proactively flag anomalies.

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards using tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, or similar BI platforms.

  • Deliver clear and structured reports tailored to different stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely updates of internal analytics systems.

Data Modelling & Warehousing

  • Work with large-scale datasets using SQL.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, operations, and leadership teams to understand analytical requirements.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting.

  • Support internal data pipelines and models.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within product or SaaS environments.

  • Proven experience handling large datasets and delivering measurable business value.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and analysing large datasets.

  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, especially Snowflake.

  • Hands-on expertise in data visualization tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, or similar BI platforms.

  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting.

  • Knowledge of tools like dbt, Git, or AWS Glue is a plus.
