Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a central role in bridging business operations with design-led discovery. Your insights will help ensure that discovery efforts are grounded in data and real-world context, making strategic opportunities clear, credible, and ready for execution.

You will partner closely with stakeholders, design and UX teams, and data partners to analyse workflows, validate insights, and shape opportunity frameworks that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support discovery and transformation initiatives

• Lead process modelling and workflow documentation activities to map current and future states

• Collaborate effectively with UI/UX, Service Design, and CX teams to translate qualitative insights into actionable requirements

• Use data analysis and visualization tools to validate findings and support decision-making

• Prepare clear, structured documentation including business requirements, process diagrams, and analytical reports.

• Connect operational data with qualitative insights to support opportunity sizing and prioritization

• Communicate insights and recommendations through data-driven storytelling.

• Work with cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives and transformation roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Operations, or Transformation Consulting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data

• Demonstrated experience in process modelling and workflow documentation

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with UI/UX or design teams

• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity and alignment

Preferred Qualifications (Will Stand Out)

• Experience with efficiency improvement, transformation, or discovery programs

• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or process re-engineering methodologies

• Background in design-led innovation or enterprise UX/CX initiatives

• Experience with opportunity sizing, impact modelling, or business case development

• Interest or experience in AI or automation opportunity assessment and ROI modelling
