Role Overview – Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, support project execution, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Business Analyst

  • Gather requirements from customers and internal support teams

  • Prepare documentation including MOM, SOW, FRD, and BRD

  • Write and manage User Stories and maintain stakeholder communication

  • Coordinate with Development and Support teams for implementation and bug fixes

  • Quickly understand application workflows and align them with customer expectations

  • Work closely with Senior BAs, Business Development teams, Tech Leads, and Domain SMEs

  • Participate in internal and client conference meetings

  • Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimates

  • Track and report requirement status

  • Conduct market research to improve product features

  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams and Project Managers

  • Participate in daily stand-ups and agile meetings

Technical Skills & Tools – Senior Business Analyst

  • Good to Have: Python, R, SQL

  • Tools: MS Excel, MS Office

  • Experience Required: 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience

Eligibility & Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Willingness to work on-site and commute to the Hyderabad location

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduation is mandatory

  • Preferred qualifications:

    • BTech (Computer Engineering / IT / EC)

    • BCA / MCA

    • MBA / BBA

Preferred Domain Knowledge

  • Healthcare industry

  • EHR, HIS, EHS, or HIMS systems
