The Opportunity: Join the AI Labs Team

We are building a world-class AI Labs team to redefine enterprise operations. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will report to our visionary Head of AI Labs (U.S.) and lead GenAI innovation from our Bengaluru hub. This is an R&D-heavy role where you will design, prototype, and test cutting-edge solutions that turn proofs-of-concept into platform-ready features.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping: Conduct experiments to validate AI hypotheses and explore new GenAI opportunities.

• Feature Engineering: Build AI-powered tools for quota optimisation, territory alignment, and sales forecasting.

• LLM Orchestration: Integrate models like GPT, Claude, and Llama using frameworks like LangChain to power conversational interfaces.

• Predictive Analytics: Develop models for attrition risk, attainment forecasting, and gamification insights.

• RAG Implementation: Research and deploy advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning approaches.

• MLOps & Deployment: Monitor production models for accuracy and scalability, ensuring seamless integration into our SaaS platform.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Technical Expertise:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI/ML, or Data Science.

• Experience: 6+ years in AI/ML, with at least 1 year dedicated to GenAI or LLMs.

• Coding: Mastery of Python/Java and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.

• Architecture: Proven experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone) and embedding models.

• Cloud & Data: Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and proficient SQL skills for large-scale datasets.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Incentive Compensation or Sales Analytics.

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).

• History of contributing to open-source AI projects.
