 About the Role: Leading Enterprise AI Innovation

As a Senior AI Developer, you will be a core contributor to our AI/ML roadmap. You will independently manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial Proof-of-Concept (POC) to production-grade deployment on cloud platforms.

Key Details:

  • Experience: 10+ Years (Software Dev) | 3+ Years (AI/ML)

  • Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Evening Shift)

  • Core Focus: Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps

Key Responsibilities: Design, Deploy, & Lead

  • AI Solution Architecture: Design and deploy AI/ML models specifically for enterprise-scale applications.

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Drive technical conversations with IT partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business goals.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle independently with minimal supervision.

  • Technical Evangelism: Evaluate and recommend emerging AI tools and platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS, etc.) to meet organisational needs.

  • Mentorship: Guide junior developers and establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and performance optimisation.

  • Strategic Documentation: Create robust technical architectures and design guidelines for long-term scalability.

 Qualifications & Technical Stack

We are looking for a veteran developer with a deep “under-the-hood” understanding of modern AI frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Expert Programming: Strong Python skills with mastery in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

  • GenAI Mastery: Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).

  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI/ML deployments.

  • Engineering Foundation: Strong grasp of Data Engineering, ETL processes, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

  • API Development: Experience with REST, FastAPI, and complex system integrations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s in CS or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Skills (The “Bonus” Points):

  • Expertise in LangChain, Langfuse, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

  • Deep experience with Azure Services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services).

  • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Experience with Biceps for infrastructure as code.

  • Domain knowledge in Insurance or Finance.
