About the Role: Building the Core of AI Personalisation

As a Platform PM, you will be the architect of our technical roadmap. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and enterprise customer needs, ensuring our platform is scalable, reliable, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Roadmap Ownership: Define the future of Auxia’s core platform, including APIs, distributed systems, and data infrastructure.

• High-Performance Engineering: Collaborate with engineers to design systems that support both customer-facing applications and internal AI tools.

• AI/ML Integration: Work with Data Science teams to streamline the deployment of ML models, AI agents, and data processing pipelines.

• KPI Management: Define and monitor critical metrics for platform performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Strategic Trade-offs: Lead technical discussions to ensure short-term features align with long-term architectural goals.

• Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of cloud technologies and AI/ML trends to guide Auxia’s competitive advantage.

 Qualifications & Technical Requirements

We are looking for a highly technical product leader who speaks the language of distributed systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: 4+ years in Product Management with a heavy focus on technical platforms, infrastructure, or cloud products.

• System Design: Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems, and scalable data architecture.

• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and managing large-scale datasets.

• AI/ML Literacy: Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI systems, from model deployment to performance monitoring.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to distil complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and enterprise customers.

• Mindset: A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
