Role Overview

In this role, you will create and improve Salesforce solutions for our business and clients. You will work with teams across the company to understand needs and deliver useful tools. Your focus will be on Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

You will also help lead project tasks, solve problems, and make sure goals are met on time.

This job is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex systems but can explain ideas in a simple way.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and update Salesforce apps using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Customise Salesforce with workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and custom objects.

  • Connect Salesforce with other platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Lead or co-lead tasks on key projects to deliver results.

  • Analyse systems, find gaps, and suggest improvements.

  • Work closely with senior leaders to align solutions with business needs.

  • Use Agile/Scrum methods and tools like Azure DevOps or Flosum for tracking and deployments.

  • Offer occasional after-hours support and travel when needed.

Skills and Experience Needed

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer on enterprise projects.

  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.

  • Good coding skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with Salesforce setup and configuration.

  • Ability to integrate Salesforce with other platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of Azure, AWS, or large databases like SQL.

  • Familiar with Agile ways of working and DevOps practices.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.

  • Confident in sharing ideas and presenting solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect.

  • Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in Salesforce.
