Sales and Brand Ambassador Overview

The Role
Working as part of a campaign trial with our new client, who specialize in providing superfast full-fibre broadband to consumers in rural, harder-to-reach areas of the UK.

As a Sales and Brand Ambassador, you are at the forefront of initial interaction with potential customers, generating leads for the new year in a warm and welcoming call. As we enter January, the campaign focus will shift onto targeting your leads and converting them into sales.

We put a high value on every customer interaction, so the delivery of excellent customer service is just as important as the sales conversion target itself. You will need to maximise every stage of communication, including accurate notes being taken and a proactive approach to pipeline management and your call backs.

Shifts
10am till 7pm – Monday to Friday.

Salary & Bonus
This role has a basic hourly rate of £10.42

We also offer a commission scheme which is paid 1 month in arrears.
– Average – £300-400 p/m

We also have our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £23,000 basic salary per annum for 3 years’ service.

– A confident individual
– The ability to hold conversation will people from all ages and backgrounds and easily build rapport with your customers.
– Sales experience is not essential but preferred.
– You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer.
– The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day.
