π About the Role
As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Sapthora LLC, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales function, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that improve revenue, conversions, and customer experience.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setup while maintaining smooth operations during night shift hours.
π Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and conversions.

Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and guidance.

Handle client calls, negotiations, and maintain high-quality customer interactions.

Prepare detailed sales reports, track KPIs, and share insights with senior management.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to achieve business goals.

Ensure proper onboarding and training of new sales team members.

Maintain smooth sales operations during US night shift hours.

Build strong relationships with clients and partners in the international market.
π Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Lead, Sales Manager, or similar role, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Experience working with international or US markets is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.

Goal-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Comfortable working remotely and managing a virtual or hybrid team.

Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
