The Role: Regulatory Rigour & Technical Integrity

You will be the guardian of our compliance framework, responsible for translating complex SEBI rules into actionable IT policies and rigorous audit reports for stock exchanges (NSE/BSE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Reporting: Create and submit critical audit reports to exchanges; stay updated on new SEBI rules and cyber incident reporting timelines.

  • Operational & Risk Audit: Evaluate IT/Security and Trading operations; conduct IT Risk Assessments using impact/residual risk mapping and maintain risk registers.

  • Internal Auditing: Perform data protection, application, and infrastructure audits, focusing on access management, change control, and resilience.

  • Security Validation: Coordinate VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), firewall rule reviews, and patch audits using tools like Nessus.

  • Policy Enforcement: Draft and validate IT policies (Password, Data Retention, Encryption) and ensure system configurations reflect these policies.

  • Access Control: Review LDAP/IAM policies and ensure Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) compliance and Least Privilege (RBAC) standards.

Your Technical & Compliance Success Profile

We are looking for an expert who combines administrative oversight with hands-on security tool experience.

  • Audit Frameworks: Deep familiarity with SEBI Cyber Security Guidelines, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, and SOC 2.

  • Technical Toolkit: * Vulnerability Management: Nessus.

    • Monitoring & Logging: Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, or SIEM systems.

    • Security & IAM: Wazuh, LDAP, and AWS IAM policies.

  • Data Privacy: Understanding of data classification, masking, and encryption (in-transit/at-rest).

  • Documentation: Proven ability to create audit trails, evidence repositories, and regulatory templates for NSE/BSE.

  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
