About Revolut

People deserve more from their money — more visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that.

What started as a simple solution for spending and transferring money across borders has evolved into a global financial super app used by over 65 million customers worldwide. From budgeting and saving to investing, trading, and traveling — Revolut’s ever-growing ecosystem helps people get more from their money every single day.

Our success is powered by two things: our people and our culture. With a team of over 10,000+ Revoluters around the globe — working from offices or remotely — we’re building the future of finance. Our culture is bold, fast-moving, and built around ownership and impact. And in recognition of this, Revolut has proudly been certified as a Great Place to Work™.

We’re now looking for brilliant minds to join us — innovators who challenge convention, think analytically, and bring energy to everything they do.

About the Role

Our Data Science and Analytics team sits at the heart of Revolut’s decision-making process. They don’t just crunch numbers — they uncover stories hidden in data, guiding how we design our products, manage risk, and shape customer experiences.

As a Data Analyst (Finance), you’ll dive deep into financial data to uncover the trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our finance and product teams, building data pipelines, designing models, and ensuring we maintain complete accuracy and transparency across our global financial operations.

This is a hands-on analytical role — ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to play a key role in reshaping how the world manages money.

What You’ll Be Doing

💡 Deep-dive Analysis:
Explore large, complex financial datasets to identify root causes, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

⚙️ Data Pipeline Ownership:
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL workflows — from raw data extraction to clean, structured, and scalable outputs used across reporting and analytics.

📊 Financial Modelling:
Model financial data to support reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking across all Revolut business lines.

📈 Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with our Finance, Product, and Operations teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations.

🧠 Process Optimization:
Continuously identify areas where automation, smarter data models, or improved visibility can drive better financial accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Need

✔️ 5+ years of experience in analytical or data-focused roles — ideally within accounting, finance, or fintech environments.
✔️ A strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience working with P&L statements, balance sheets, journal entries, and transaction-level data.
✔️ Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical frameworks.
✔️ Expertise in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake) and modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, and Git.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset — able to translate financial concepts into clean data models and visualizations that inform real-world business decisions.
✔️ A passion for detail, structure, and accuracy in all things data.

Nice to Have

🌟 A master’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
🌟 Previous experience within a global finance or fintech organization.
🌟 Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis or automation.
