The Role: Team Lead (Remote)

We are seeking a high-calibre Team Lead to join our remote-first organisation. This is a critical leadership position responsible for guiding team members toward project milestones while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency.

As the primary bridge between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will oversee task planning, performance monitoring, and process innovation to ensure alignment with our global company objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee and guide a distributed team, providing the mentorship needed to achieve project goals.

• Operational Planning: Effectively plan and assign tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation across various workstreams.

• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and productivity, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment with broader company strategies.

• Process Improvement: Proactively identify operational roadblocks and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal workflows.

• Conflict Resolution: Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address team challenges and project risks.

💪 Qualifications & Requirements

• Leadership Mastery: Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role with strong mentoring skills.

• Project Management: Proficiency in scheduling, project tracking, and resource allocation using modern digital tools.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaison effectively between diverse team members and executive stakeholders.

• Remote Expertise: Previous experience managing remote teams is highly beneficial and preferred.
