Remote Social Media & Client Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About Us:
The Build And Monetise Agency (thebamagency.com) / Traffic & Leads is a full-service digital marketing agency helping clients grow their brands through social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, and launches. We’re expanding our team and seeking a U.S.-based Virtual Assistant who thrives on creativity, organisation, and client collaboration.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic blend of social media management and client/project coordination. You’ll create, proof, and post content across multiple platforms, track engagement, and ensure projects stay on schedule. You’ll work directly with clients and our team to keep campaigns on-brand, on time, and effective.

Hours & Structure:

Start: Part-time (20 hrs/week) with potential to grow to full-time (40 hrs/week)
Hours: 8 AM–8 PM ET, Monday–Friday (consistent schedule)
Fully remote, independent contractor role

Responsibilities:

Manage social media content calendars for multiple clients
Write, edit, and proofread social posts, ad copy, and email content
Schedule and publish content using social media tools
Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports
Coordinate with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
Oversee deadlines and deliverables for marketing campaigns
Work with overseas contractors to complete creative/technical tasks

Qualifications:

2+ years of social media marketing experience (agency preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Tech-savvy with tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, and scheduling platforms
Positive, can-do attitude

Nice to Have:

Graphic design skills (Canva or similar)

Compensation:

$18–$22/hr depending on experience
