About the Role:

We’re looking for a Remote Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. You’ll be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to support business strategies, improve performance, and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working with cross-functional remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from multiple digital sources.

• Create insightful dashboards and reports using visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence product and business decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to define key metrics and data goals.

• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

• Automate data extraction, cleaning, and reporting processes for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

• Knowledge of A/B testing, digital marketing analytics, or product analytics.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
