Program Track & Timeline

This initiative is uniquely structured to maximize both your educational velocity and your practical industry footprint:

  • Weeks 1–12 (The Core Bootcamp): Deep-dive into structured technical mentorship, foundational AI training, and advanced workflow orchestration.

  • Weeks 16–24 (The Fractional Client Track): Transition into live project engagements, deploying scalable models and experimenting with AI features for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI/ML Intern, you will touch multiple layers of the machine learning and product engineering lifecycle:

  • Data Pipeline Engineering: Preprocess, clean, and structure diverse, high-velocity datasets to optimize them for model training and feature store integration.

  • Model Engineering: Contribute directly to the development, tuning, and evaluation of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI frameworks.

  • GenAI Product Experimentation: Design and test prompt automation workflows, LLM agents, and conversational user features.

  • Architectural Research: Investigate emerging AI/ML papers, state-of-the-art open-source architectures, and hyper-efficient fine-tuning parameters.

  • Applied Capstones: Partner with a cross-functional peer group to build end-to-end scalable AI pipelines that resolve explicit enterprise problems.

Expected Learning Outcomes

By graduating from the TalentXM Bootcamp, you will master the modern AI production stack:

  • Core Technical Domains: Deep competency across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and workflow automation.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for highly analytical, self-driven builders who display an intense curiosity for algorithmic problem-solving.

  • Academic Standing: Open to current undergraduate, graduate, and management students (including premium tier institutions like the IITs and IIMs).

  • Target Disciplines: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative streams.

  • Foundational Knowledge: Prior basic exposure to programming (Python preferred), statistical concepts, and machine learning principles.
