Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead project construction planning and deliver precise reporting to senior leadership.

• Execution Oversight: Identify gaps in on-site execution against the master plan and implement immediate corrective actions.

• Governance & Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with RJIL’s governance, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Cost Control: Implement and maintain strict cost controls to ensure projects stay within budget.

• Resource Management: Review the effectiveness of site resources and suggest course corrections to maintain momentum.

• Conflict Resolution: Establish a regular communication cadence and resolve technical or personnel problems as they arise.

We are looking for a domain expert who can guide teams through the technical complexities of large-scale infrastructure rollouts.

• Educational Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics & Communication (E&C).

• Experience:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in project management or construction.

• Core Competencies:

  • Domain Knowledge: Broad understanding of modern construction tools and telecommunication technicalities.

  • Project Management: Expertise in reviewing baseline schedules and performing risk mitigation for key resources.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proficiency in Budgeting, Costing, and Quantity Estimation.
