In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to successfully onboarding new hires. 🎯 Key Responsibilities – Recruitment Executive

As a Recruitment Executive, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Finding candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

  • Resume Screening: Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable profiles.

  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and managing interviews with hiring managers.

  • Candidate Management: Building relationships and providing timely updates.

  • Job Posting: Managing job ads across multiple platforms.

  • Data Entry: Updating candidate records in the ATS.

  • Reporting: Preparing recruitment reports and sharing insights with management.

  • Onboarding: Assisting in smooth onboarding of new hires.


🛠️ Requirements & Skills – Recruitment Executive

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment (staffing/agency preferred).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and social hiring tools.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Time Management: Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

The hiring process consists of two stages:
