The Role: Python Developer (GenAI & Analytics)

We are seeking a high-performing Individual Contributor to join our Analytics and Development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the GenAI revolution, building backend systems that power LLM-driven applications. You will take advanced Data Science concepts from Proof-of-Concept (PoC) to full-scale production, ensuring our clients can leverage GPT-based capabilities in their daily operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• GenAI Development: Solve real-world business problems using cutting-edge LLM, GenAI, and GPT frameworks.

• Full-Stack Collaboration: Develop robust backend systems in Python for UI-based applications, collaborating with frontend teams using React and JavaScript.

• Lifecycle Management: Create technical documentation and oversee the development, testing, and deployment of data analytics processes.

• Cloud Orchestration: Deploy and manage applications on Azure/AWS platforms, ensuring high availability and scalability.

• Client Interaction: Act as a subject matter expert on Generative AI capabilities, presenting use cases and solutions to global stakeholders.

• Transition Leadership: Bridge the gap between experimental Data Science and stable, production-ready software.

💪 Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years in developing and deploying Python-based applications.

• GenAI Knowledge: Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and GPT concepts.

• Backend Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, specifically with web frameworks like Flask or Django.

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure for application hosting.

• Web Technologies: Deep understanding of web architecture and familiarity with frontend stacks (HTML, JavaScript, React).

• Delivery Excellence: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver meaningful business value through data-driven solutions.
