The Role: Product & Growth Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Product & Growth Analyst to join our team in Connaught Place, Delhi. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work closely with founders to shape the growth roadmap of our product categories.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Data Diagnosis: Identify trends, anomalies, and user drop-offs through deep-dive analyses to drive data-backed improvements.

• Metric Ownership: Maintain dashboards tracking critical KPIs: GMV, conversion rates, retention cohorts, AOV, and agent activity.

• Experimental Design: Run A/B tests to validate growth levers and provide “scale or kill” recommendations based on results.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering teams to decide what to build next and help Business teams understand product performance.

• Insight Delivery: Communicate complex data findings clearly to operations, sales, and finance teams to drive category growth.

• Experience: Prior experience in marketplace, SaaS, or transaction-heavy platforms.

• Skills: Excellent structured problem-solving ability and comfort with metrics and dashboards.

• Mindset: Ethical, hardworking, and deeply passionate about the startup ecosystem.

• Education: Previous exposure to product management or growth functions is a must.

• Grit: Comfortable with a 6-day work week and a high-intensity startup schedule (10-12 hours daily).
