Job Overview

As a Product Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to improve digital insurance products and workflows. The role involves gathering requirements, creating documentation, analysing customer journeys, supporting Agile product delivery, and ensuring high-quality feature implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Requirement Management

  • Gather, define, and refine business and product requirements.
  • Convert business objectives into actionable user stories and workflows.

  • Support project planning, testing activities, and product releases.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
  • Validate whether product features meet business objectives before launch.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements and delivered features.

Operational Excellence

  • Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the product team.
  • Support consistent delivery standards across projects.

Eligibility Criteria
