About the Role:

Join Baker Tilly’s Development Advisory (DA) team as a Junior Project Manager focused on Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PW&A) compliance. You’ll contribute to projects tied to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022, ensuring energy and infrastructure projects meet compliance standards while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

This position is ideal for professionals passionate about construction, energy incentives, or compliance who want to grow their career in a collaborative and innovative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PW&A compliance efforts for projects under the IRA 2022.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure compliance.

  • Train stakeholders to navigate compliance tools and resolve related issues.

  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and provide ongoing project support.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to achieve project goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).

  • Excellent project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Experience in the construction industry or labour compliance is a plus.

  • Commitment to continuous learning, ethics, and high-quality work.


Compensation:

$86,660 – $164,300 annually (based on experience, skills, and location).
