The Role: Senior Manager – Technology & PMO Governance

Location: Delhi, Bengaluru

Experience: 12–15 Years

We are seeking a Senior Manager to monitor and manage the delivery of large-scale, complex programs. This role is a strategic blend of Project Management Office (PMO) leadership and SAP Technology transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end System Integration (SI) lifecycle, ensuring that technology solutions translate into tangible business high performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• PMO Framework Development: Contribute to the implementation of global PMO standards, methodologies, and tools to drive consistency across the India Business entity.

• Complex Program Delivery: Manage all phases of system integration—from requirement gathering and solution design to build, test, deployment, and production run.

• Agile Leadership: Drive Agile transformation as a Scrum Master, fostering a culture of rapid iteration and efficient project execution.

• Governance & Compliance: Track project performance metrics, generate insights, and ensure all deliverables meet internal standards and regulatory compliance.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify project bottlenecks early, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate with teams for swift resolution.

• Resource & Budget Management: Assist in capacity planning, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure project financial health.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, facilitating high-level presentations and strategic updates.

   

💪 Required Skills & Experience

• Professional Background: 12–15 years of experience in Technology, SAP, or Pre-Sales domains.

• Methodology: Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMO framework development.

• Technical Lifecycle: Comprehensive experience in the full System Integration (SI) lifecycle (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).

• Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify interactions between component parts to optimise performance.
