Position: Payroll Manager

Overview:
Noble Hearts HR Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager with strong expertise in Paycom and advanced Excel to join our client’s Finance team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain financial integrity, and support business growth through detailed financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll efficiently using Paycom.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

  • Prepare and submit regulatory and financial reports.

  • Collaborate across departments for financial planning.

Required Excel Skills:

  • VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP for payroll reconciliation.

  • Pivot Tables for payroll and financial summaries.

  • Advanced formulas (IF, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, etc.).

  • Data Validation and Conditional Formatting.

  • Macros, VBA, and Power Query for automation.

  • Data analysis tools (Goal Seek, Solver) for forecasting.

  • Visual charts and dashboards for reporting insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now and Paycom.

  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and corporate accounting principles.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency with automation capabilities.
