What We’re Looking For

We are building a high-performance Paid Media Team, and this internship is the first step in

identifying individuals who are not just curious, but serious about making a career in

performance marketing.

This is not an exploratory internship. Please apply only if you are committed to growing in

paid media advertising.

Minimum Requirements Paid Media Intern

 Prior theoretical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory

 Understanding of LinkedIn Ads will be considered an added advantage

 Candidates must be available to work full-time and on-site

 Those who do not meet the basic platform understanding will not be considered

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Media Performance Operations Intern, you’ll support and gradually take

ownership of various tasks under guidance, such as:

 Campaign Setup & Management: Support campaign execution on Google, Meta,

LinkedIn, and X

 Optimization Learning: Understand bid management, audience targeting, and ad

creative effectiveness

 Performance Analysis: Assist in monitoring KPIs, CTR, and conversions using Google

Analytics

 Budget Monitoring: Track campaign spending and pacing as per media plans

 Ad Operations: Help implement tracking tags and ensure quality delivery across

channels

 Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaign

alignment

 Skill Development: Stay updated with digital trends, platform changes, and tools

Required Skills & Competencies

 Platform Understanding: Theory knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (LinkedIn

bonus)

 Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

 Excel Knowledge: Basic proficiency (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP is a bonus)

 Communication Skills: Ability to write clear emails, document MOMs, and interact

professionally

 Discipline & Drive: We’re looking for candidates who are sharp, logical, eager to

learn, and serious about a long-term career

Compensation & Future Scope

 Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 (based on assessment of theoretical knowledge

and interview performance)

 Post-Internship Path: Based on your performance during the 6-month internship, a

full-time role will be offered with revised compensation
