We are looking for an experienced Individual Contributor (IC3) to join our Product Development team. If you are a versatile engineer with 6 to 10+ years of experience who can seamlessly shift between Java backend logic and React frontend frameworks, your next career milestone is here.

About the Role: Full-Stack Innovation & Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design and implement new product offerings, including database schema, business logic, and presentation layers.

• Architectural Evolution: Independently investigate and re-architect existing solutions to meet growing global enterprise needs.

• Quality Excellence: Prepare comprehensive test plans and code unit, functional, performance, and scalability tests.

• Security & Reliability: Utilise industry best practices to ensure all features meet the highest levels of security and efficiency.

• Agile Collaboration: Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, and Automation teams.

• Peer Certification: Validate and certify the work of peer engineers to maintain a high-quality product standard.

 Qualifications & Required Skills

We are seeking a Java and React specialist who thrives on troubleshooting and solving complex technical puzzles.

Technical Mastery:

• Backend: Expertise in Java or C#; strong experience writing SQL queries.

• Frontend: Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks, specifically React.

• Automation: Hands-on experience with Selenium (or similar tools) and frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.

• Tools: Rich experience with version control systems like GIT.

• Web Tech: Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JSP are a significant plus.

Education & Experience:

• Degree: Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: 5+ years in software product development with significant exposure to Quality Assurance (QA)processes.
