Job Summary:
Blue Dart is looking for dedicated and hardworking Operations Staff to support daily courier and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will assist in shipment handling, sorting, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of consignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound shipments as per operational guidelines.

• Sort, scan, load, and unload parcels and consignments.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and customer service teams.

• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.

• Follow safety, security, and quality procedures at all times.

• Report discrepancies, damages, or delays to supervisors.

• Support inventory and warehouse management activities.

• Assist in daily operational planning and workflow execution.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in shifts.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and scanning devices.

• Strong discipline, punctuality, and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in courier, logistics, or warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of shipment handling and safety procedures.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
