About the Internship

The Business Analyst Intern will support ongoing business initiatives and technology projects by assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, process improvement, reporting, testing, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders.

Process Mapping & Improvement

  • Analyse existing business processes and workflows.

  • Track project activities and milestones.
  • Assist project managers with documentation and status reporting.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • Execute test cases and document outcomes.
  • Identify and report defects or issues.
  • Support validation of business requirements before implementation.

CRM & Business Intelligence Support

  • Assist with projects involving Microsoft D365 CRM.
  • Support Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Help maintain data accuracy and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to business support activities across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
